Dr. Ali Jencik
My Story & My Coaching Practice
It turned out that while coaching clients and running a moderately successful business, I made one major error:
Somewhere along the line, I stopped doing the inner work.
I bought the programs. I went through the motions.
Somewhere along the line, I stopped doing the inner work.
I bought the programs. I went through the motions.
When I looked at my past, I realized this was a pattern for me.
Later and through years of research, I discovered that it is a pattern for a lot of other people, too, especially women.
Let me ask you: How many times have you been right on the edge of
Exactly.
What.
You.
Want...
..And then right before you take that final leap, you stop?
You freeze.
You self-sabotage.

..And then right before you take that final leap, you stop?

You self-sabotage.
Thankfully, it doesn’t have to be like that and this is a pattern that can be broken.
You can get past these obstacles.
You can discover and implement simple tools and strategies for success.
And, you can create a life you absolutely love.
How do I know?
I did it. And, I have coached many other women who have done it, too!

of all your hard work isn't what you get for it,
but what you become for it"
- Steve Maraboli
After hearing my story, people sometimes say to me:
"Ali, I know deep down I really want to make some changes, but does this process have to be 'extreme'?
Do I have to quit my job, leave my spouse, sell my house, move cross country and climb Mt. Everest to create a life I love?!?"
My answer is simple: Of course not!

My answer is simple: Of course not!
All kidding aside, this is about YOU. And, what you want YOUR life to look like.
Maybe you need to make some small changes in an area or two.
Maybe you need a complete life overhaul.
Maybe you need to make some small changes in an area or two.
Maybe you need a complete life overhaul.
Perhaps, like many women I have coached, you’re not even sure what you want for yourself anymore after years of putting others first.
What's amazing is as you do the inner work, you’ll discover an entire untapped universe of passions, desires, potentials, and talents that you may not have even realized existed. That’s what happens to most of my coaching clients! |
Once they give themselves permission to get quiet and get clear, the magic happens.
It’s exciting to witness.
It’s exciting to witness.
"Do you have the courage
to bring forth this work?
The treasures that are hidden inside you
are hoping you will say 'Yes'"
- Elizabeth Gilbert
So, what ended up happening with me?
I put in the work. I hired the coaches. I completed the programs.
I even took two HUGE leaps and trained under Jack Canfield in Miami and Gabby Bernstein in New York City!
My life looks so much different now.
Some fun facts:
And, I could go on.
I have created a life I love.

My life looks so much different now.
Some fun facts:
- These days I am happily single and a proud mom to fraternal twins.
- We have a mini doxie, Luna, whom we just adore.
- The ocean is my refuge and the beach soothes my soul. It's my happiest place so we rent a townhouse not too far from the beach.
- I find joy in participating in any type of outdoor activity. During the pandemic, we discovered that we love camping in Florida’s beautiful state parks.
- I learned to prioritize my health and we love getting creative in the kitchen. Cooking, especially seafood & anything spicy, has become a fun family activity that we enjoy.
- And, speaking of health, when we talk, there's a good chance I will tell you All. Of. The. Things. about my Peloton workouts. Possibly without you asking. #SorryNotSorry ;)
- I have stepped proudly into my role as a leader and an activist who supports issues that matter to me, in particular those involving the LGBTQA community that I identify with.
- I have a job that I love as a college professor, teaching online at a local community college where my work merges into mentorship and community outreach in addition to teaching in the classroom.
- In my free time, I am a volunteer. I help put together hygiene items, produce, & shelf-stable products for local students with food insecurities. I also participate in beach cleanups and team up with Habitat for Humanity.
And, I could go on.
I have created a life I love.
And, all of this happened because I worked with coaches, got clear, discovered what I truly wanted, broke through the obstacles & barriers, and used simple but effective coaching tools and strategies to create a life I love.
So, that’s a little about me.
Now I am continuing to build My Radiant Life where empowering women to create a life that they love is my passion.
I would love to share that with you.
If you’re ready to stop playing small and take the leap, let’s work together.

but to thrive; and to do so with some passion,
some compassion, some humor, and some style"
